Beds are very soft hot water and quality soap shampoo condition and lotion shuttle service to airport every minutes

Terrible service, the service people are rude and sarcastic and I find it unfortunate that they use Styrofoam (plastic) plates to serve breakfast, that generates a lot of unnecessary garbage and pollution to the planet. 👎

This is a nice hotel. It is showing it's age a bit and it looked like they are still repairing some exterior hurricane damage but it was in pretty good shape. We really liked the room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a kitchen and living area in between. It is very close to the airport with an airport shuttle (on demand only, the shuttle doesn't automatically show at the airport, you have to call and request it.) The parking is valet only (current charge $25 + tax per night.) There is some street parking in front of the hotel, but not much and not lighted. There is a descent breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage, pancakes and cereal, etc. It was a pretty busy hotel when we went but the staff was friendly and helpful. We were also impressed with how quiet the rooms were even being so close to the airportand road. We did hear some trains though. Overall I would recommend it.

Kind of a middle of nowhere. It was a decent place to stay for the night. I wouldn't want to stay there more than a night.

I chose this place for my flight the next morning; it’s not bad and relatively close to the airport; valet parking is 25 dollars a night; but you can choose to park on the side of the road; the bath water is very small and the hair dryer is not easy to use.

The room itself was nice but almost everything else was disappointing. 1. They claimed to have the full kitchen, but the dinnerware and cutlery supply was ludicrous: no mugs, no table spoons, only one fork, three teaspoons, three tiny glasses, one cutting knife which I couldn’t cut anything other than lettuce (I had to use my own Swiss knife in the end). 2. The staff was not helpful many times. Many would use "No English" to send you away even when I only asked for "tea bags" together with my hand gestures. I don't know how they got their jobs in the first place if they don't understand words as simple as "tea". 3. The hotel is a six storied building, but they (mis)managed to have only one lift opertating. So you have to be really patient waiting to get into or out of a rather crowded lift.

Room was good but everything else was nasty. The young lady at the front desk was the most courteous. Everyone else was short and not pleasant. Breakfast area was disgusting. They ran out of food and coffee. People were using their hands to …
